  • The first 3 days....I need some advise Please

    Okay...I have done this before so I dont understand why in my brain I cant come up with what to eat. I think it is the inner fat lady bucking my urge or need to be healthy!

    What I am looking for is what should I eat for the next three days to make this be the smoothest transition. I know, I know, It is not going to be easy-been there done that! However, Id like to know from someone who has made it from being 275 to being thin(what ever that number would be).

    I am so scared to fail at this again-which I know I am sabotaging myself! I was going to wait for my appointment with my shrink for my medication to be adjusted-if I do I will probably have gained another 5 or 10 pounds! I have to stop this addiction to sugar and carbs and NOW!

    I would appreciate any support that I can get-I believe I have come to the right place!

      You must believe you are worth it, because you are!! You are a wonderful person who deserves to be healthy and happy!! You will not fail, because you believe in yourself and we believe in you!! Don't talk yourself out of being happy!! Love yourself, give yourself a hug and know you can do it!! We are here for you!!! Do you need a meal plan?? If you want to PM me, I can let you know what I eat and maybe that will give you some ideas. The best thing you can do is drink lots of water and eat veggies at every meal (without going over the veggie limit). Please keep us posted on how you are doing!!

      Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!!
      These are BAD for us!!!!

        Buy some Chromium Picolinate and take it in the morning. If you have cravings later in the day, take another. You can do this! Taking that will help your blood sugar to remain level during the day, and kill any cravings you might have had without it. Make sure you read the label and take as directed, at least 2 hours after taking any prescribed medications.
