hi all....let me begin by saying..i am new to atkins day 3
but i am not sure if i am doing it correctly bc
1. i dont see my self eating all 20 carbs...some days i only have 5!!! will that make the diet not work bc i am not eating all the carbs...
2. i am also taking a few zantrax 3....will that harm the diet?
3. i see myself having a change in my menstral cycle like staining a lil early..is that bc i started a new diet maybe? also constepation is not a problem for me at all i am the total opposite!!!
please help if you can...i need to loose 20 lbs i am 5'1 and i look like a lil butter ball....HELP IF U CAN
