    Question about sundried tomatoes

We are going out to eat tonight at Carrabas and I was checking there menu out online ad spotted a dish with chicken, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes with lemon butter sauce. My question is can we have sundried tomatoes.

Goat cheese is a fresh cheese, which is not allowed during Induction.

Sun dried tomatoes are allowed, provided on if they have been treated with sugar. And they are only allowed in the allowable amounts.

The butter sauce---what's in it? Is it only butter or is it also thickened with flour or some kind of starch or grain? If it is thickened with a starch, then it's not allowed.
