Day 3, and today was moving day (I talk about it in my journal chat), so i was worried that I wouldn't keep track of what i was eating. I remembered my cell phone has a "notes" function in the organizer section. Whenever I had a bite, I short-handed a note to myself. Now the movers are gone and I recorded it in fitday.

Re: Great Do-It-Yourself on the Go Food Tracker
I got this journal and I'm madly in love with it - http://memoryminder.com/bmdetails.htm. It records what you eat in a day, supplements, spaces for your workout (cardio and weights) and best of all, there are CHECK BOXES... THATS RIGHT FOLKS!! CHECK BOXES for glasses of water!!! So I get excited about the little things. Anyway, it's got a bunch of other useful little tracky things, like starting stats, then weekly ones, and it's small enough to fit in a purse.27/f/5'10"
