So ... in addition to drinking PLAIN water, is it okay on induction to have one of those fruit-flavored waters? I'm not talking about the carbonated, seltzer water types. But like the fruit-2-0 and stuff ... no carbs ... I think the HARDEST thing in induction is the LACK OF FLAVOR!!! lol ... Please say that an occassional - like once a day - flavored water is okay???!!!
THIS TIME and for the LAST TIME, I will do this!!

It's okay in addition to the minimum 64 ounces of water daily.

If you are drinking the sweetened stuff, then 1 serving of it counts as one of the 3 daily sweeteners.

      According to this info
      http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?...uct=1906301263
a serving of fruit-2-0 is 8 fluid ounces so a 20 ounce bottle is 2.5 servings of sweetener!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I'm just curious, where can we find more information on the sweetner limit? I'm guessing it cuases stalls. I looked it up in DANDR (the latest version) and couldn't find the chapter
          230/154? /145

            Re: Flavored Water

As on induction we are supposed to
Eat no more than 20 grams a day of carbohydrate, most of which must come in the form of salad greens and other vegetables
            and
use sucralose or saccharin. Be sure to count each packet of any of these as 1 gram of carbs.
it makes sense to limit any sweetener to no more than a few servings each day.

If you have say 6 servings of sweetener and only 6 carbs from veggies then you would not be able to eat cheese, eggs, cream etc and stay within the 'more than half your carbs from your veggies' rule.
