Hello, I also posted this in Menu Forum. but I what to know what you guys thought. I started induction on Monday. So here is my menu for the last 2 days, please let me know what you think & what I need to change.
MONDAY:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of bacon
1 tbsp cheese
Lunch: 1 can Tuna w/ 1 tbsp mayo (didn't eat all of it)
3 lettuce leaves (wrapped tuna in it)
Snack: 2 slices cheese
1 serving of deli turkey
Dinner: 1 chicken Breast
1 cp. lettuce
8 olives
10 slices mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
TUESDAY:
Breakfast: 1 cp decaf coffee (don't need the caffine, just like the warmth)
1 tsp Splenda
4 0z egg beaters
4 olives
5 slices mushrooms
3 tbsp cheese
Lunch: 1 chicken breast w/mayo & 1/2 cp chopped lettuce
Snack: 2 servings turkey deli rolled up
Dinner: 1 cp. chopped broccli
2 links chicken/apple sausage
So there is my meals so far. Hope I am doing good.
