Hi everyone - I'm back on Induction today. Been away for a while now and I've gained some weight and my b/p is now high. I know that Atkins works and it's just a matter of me getting back on plan and sticking to it.
I know that this plan is not just a diet but a way of life. That is where I failed before. I have a hugh addiction to food -especially sweet, junk food!
But I restarted today and I'm drinking my water and somehow I have to forgive myself for letting me down. I'm so mad at me for losing so much weight and then going right back to old habits at the first sign of stress.
But anyway, hope everyone is doing super and having a great low carb day!
