  • So I made it....

    Well I have made it through the first 5 days, I am proud of myself. But I still feel that I am not getting anywhere. I really think I am doing good with my food too. How long until you start to notice things changing with your weight & measurements. I hope that I do ok over the weekend that's what has me worried, I have a party to give tomorrow night. So everyone wish me luck.









    Mini goal -- 10 Lbs by April 15th.
    Goal Weight by September 1st.

    Good luck. Try to stay strong. I'm sorta in a similar situation...but keep telling yourself that you have no other choice...you don't want to go back to the uncontrolled miserable self-hating lifestyle.

          call and offer to bring a dish that you can eat to share with the guests.

          Have fun and remember it isn't rude not to eat something you shouldn't have.
