A few responses to your responses....
As for the morning start bars, the box says 2 net carbs, so isn't that what I go by???? I just really don't know if I can give them up, mornings are crazy around here and I really NEED something like that I can grab and eat on the run...in the .and I LOVE them...it is my daily treat.
I also don't get the whole carb counting thing....if a nutrition label says 0 carbs, can I NOT be assured that there are 0 carbs in the item?????? That is what I am going by, nutrition labels.
Honestly I don't mind the carb free dressing, its kraft I think and its REALLY good.....i see no reason to ditch it and go for regular dressing which has a couple carbs....I am perfectly happy with it. (I come from a long history of fat free or low fat dressings, so this no carb dressing tastes pretty darn good to me
Buddig pastrami is less than one carb for the whole package, and I only eat a few slices at a time....it is so yummy ! Anyone looking for a snack Idea should try it.....spread softened cream cheese on a slice of buddig pastrami (or any luncheon meat for that matter) and roll around a dill pickle and slice in chunks.....it is good.
Oh and about the ketone strips....since I cannot weight myself and see progress, I feel that I NEED them just so I know this is working.....to SEE some sort of result or success.....I won't use them forever, but for now I really look forward to doing them each day. So I don't think I want to cut them out right now.
So tonight I feel a little better...I had some good meals today. Morning start bar for breakfast, bacon and eggs for lunch, and 2 hamburger patties for dinner and cauliflower with a cheese sauce I made using 2T butter, 3T cream, a few sprinkles of chicken boulion, and small handfull shredded cheddar cheese. It was YUMMY and I ate good and feel satisfied.
I know I have more questions.....but my mind is blank right now...thanks again to all the great answers....I look forward to being a part of this board.
