Day Nine...

Hi Everyone,
Well I am on day 9 and I am doing pretty good. I decided to weigh myself this morning, which I have not done since I started and I am down 5LBS. I am so proud of myself.
Well my question is does anyone know what the average weight lose is during induction, if their is one? I was just wondering.

Everyone loses differently, but in DANDR it talks about what is "normal" for men/women to lose. You should check it out, because it explains a lot about why some people lose more than others.

A person will lose approx 5% to 10% of their desired amount in their first two weeks of Induction....you're doing great!!

Well that is really great to know. I am doing alot better than I thought I would. There are times where I want something sweet, but I think it is just because I have 4 kids and a husband that are eating it. But they are really good about not overdoing it and I think I have great willpower. So hopefully I will lose another 5LBS this week.
