Re: I just chewed a chocolate, is this the end?

Guys, thank you sooo much for the support. I'm feeling so much better today, and so far not thinking of any sweets, on the contrary I can't wait for lunch to get a big tuna salad with lots of mayo (before i never thought i'd been eating mayo without feeling guilty!!). I know that it will take time before my body readjusts to a new sugarless lifestyle, and sometimes I feel so determined to achieve it, but a little devil on my shoulder is constantly putting me into doubt whether I actually want to start such a lifestyle. But now when I think about it, that shouldn't be the question asked, rather it should be: whether I want to be slim or not, and I think I definitely know the answer!

Hey guys! I'm looking at my previous post and I'm thinking where did it all go wrong? I got a nervous breakdown today, and I ate all these foods without counting any carbs. I didn't eat sweets, but I ate all these nuts, and massive amounts of veggies that I've been feeling so deprived of because I always thought 3 cups a day was a miniscule allowence. I totally messed it, and I don't have the strenght to start over induction. So, I just wanted to say thanks to all that supported me and I hope to see u soon! Good luck to everybody!

I am sorry you have decided to give up on Atkins because you went on a binge
Why not just carry on and move into OWL where you can start to add more veggies, dairy, nuts etc in the order suggested, and legally eat the foods you have been missing?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Tedinka. Maybe you're just not ready for it yet. Good luck, dear.

DONT QUIT!!! pick yourself back up and start again!! i have fallen many times along the way...i would be 400 lbs by now if i QUIT! i keep trying..over and over..and it has helped me not to keep GAINING !! YOU CAN DO THIS!! dont let one binge or even two binges..or even 3 days of bingeing make you Quit. Do you want to weigh 800 lbs and have them get you a crane to carry you out of your house someday..well if so..then go right ahead and QUIT!! Otherwise, get up and dust yourself off and stop feeling sorry for yourself..and Start eating induction again!
