    hi all on day 4 sum1 told me in work 2day to eat plenty of baked beans
    is thhis allowed on induction

    No, it sure ain't allowed. Get yourself a copy of the book and in the mean time check out all the stickies in the main and induction forums. You want to do this right for your health and success!

        Theres a list of acceptable foods on the board here someplace, You can even print it out. Baked beans have beans, and sugar in them.

            The rule of thumb for any foods is - only if the ingredients appear on the acceptable foods list.

            Whole grains are not allowed till you have reached the end of the stage called OWL (ongoing weightloss).
