Are pork rinds induction allowable? They're a dead ringer for 'em, but if you can't then maybe *gulp* veggies and the fatty fatty dip?

LOL, consider yourself virtually kicked cause I'm on the other coast. I know what your feeling like, chips are my favorite snack and I love them, but well, they just ain't on any acceptable list that I know of. If you need crunch, pork rinds are good and you can dip them in sour cream, celery and jicama also provide a good crunch without the heavy salt.

You stay away from those chips!! LOL
Dip some cucumber slices in dip, its crunchy and good for you (just make sure you measure your dip). My food that I missed was sugary treats, like cookies!! The cookie monster used to try to get me, but I don't even miss them now. Remember, nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!
What would we do without it?

Ok you've been kicked....now rub you booty and get back on the horse. I make fried cheese for a snack. A few little dabs in a frying pan...and you have a nice crispy snack. Good luck

Great suggestion! I cut up cubes of cheddar cheese and put them on parchment paper <note: I said parchment paper! NOT wax,tin foil, plastic,plate,etc..just parchment> and cook in the microwave for atleast 3 minutes. You can sprinkle garlic powder on these too. Lemme tell ya what, tastes like cheezits and they are crunchy too! I never thought plain cheese could get this crunchy. If it doesn't crunch enough, cook it more
                I did it!!
