  • Day 10 and going strong

    Not as bad as I thought. I lost 8 pounds as of Monday, and unofficially probably more than ten as of today. I feel pretty good. I'm trying to eat more but I spend two hours commuting in the morning and again in the evening, so I eat my hard boiled eggs whilst sitting in New York City traffic and listening to satellite radio. I'm so glad I decided to do this. I am so flighty sometimes, I'm so happy to find something I can stick with.

    Your doing great. I hope > 1000 calories a day is enough for someone your size, its seems low to me, but as long as your eating every 6 hours and not hungry and getting your veggies, you should be find.

      I'm getting better with adding more cals. I find myself getting caught up in a task and next thing I know I haven't eaten in a few hours, but I make an effort to have something on hand. That's part of the reason I'm going to stick with induction at least another week. I want my eating to be a little more intuitive before I move onto owl. A few days ago I got a little dizzy and I realized I hadn't had anything in a few hours, plus the fact that I had been carrying boxes from my truck to my apartment it wasn't a mystery as to why I lost energy. I can totally feel the difference when I eat more.
