Im on day 5 and yesterday and today i didnt want to eat breakfast.I made myself eat some cheese yesterday for breakfast and water.Today the same.Is that ok if i only do that for 1 or 2 days out of the week?Now for lunch yesterday i had a cucumber gutted w/vinager and season salt,slice of cheese,water.Dinner i had sauted pork chops,3 mushrooms,couple of onion pieces,sugar free lime jello a few bites.I also am on day 3 of the tred mill 30 mins. a day for starters.Next week hopefully i can get adjusted to 1 hr. a day and more sit ups to 30 sit ups a day,wanna get to 100 of those soon.So is the breakfast thing gonna ruin my induction b/c i wasnt hungry.Is it impearitive i eat breakfast if i eat good the rest of the day???
