    I am unmotivated. I dont know if I can continue. My pants are snugged. I think it may be the rebounding exercise.

      get your before pic and goal pic and then decide which one you want to be like? that should be motivation enough for you to keep going.

            It always helped me to know why (specifically) I wanted to lose the weight. For me it was a whole host of reasons like reenlist in the Guard to never wanting to be embarrassed at an amusement park again. What does it mean to you? Keep that thought in your head to keep you motivated. Do you want to be the person who today made one more step towards your goal or made the step back to where you started or worse.

              Are you exercising? If not, get thee hence to a gym or participate in some other alternative physical activity and go for it.

              Believe me, after a few days at the gym you won't want to undo your hard work with unhealthy eating habits. I have found the exercise and healthy eating behaviors reinforce each other and keep me motivated!

                Thanks for your great responses.
                I use a rebounder every other day at least 10 min. I also walk.
