A small brefing:
male , 40 years old 100kg. height 167cm.
over weight = around 20~25 kg. But I will be happy with 15.I do not want more !!
I have decided to do atkins. and today is my first day.
I have read the book and for few months I ve been reading the posts..So I can say that I pretty know what is allowed and what is not...
my current weight is 100kg. I wish to be around 85kg.
Which is 15 kg down.
I am planning to loose that weight within 3 months as follows:
8kg the 1st month.
4kg 2nd month.
3 3rd month.
Here is what I am starting to do :
14 days induction , that would probably get me 4 or 5kg down...then the next 15 days will get me the needed 3 or 4kgs. If I do extended induction.
I am also planning to exercise like 4 times a week.Exercise will be :
30 min treadmill (speed around 4~5 Km/hour)
10min sauna (I like it.)
15 min swimming ( I am learning !)
So guys , wish me luck and please back me up !!! my plan seems ambitious , but I am sure with your help and support I will be able to do it.
Please any advice , any help is highly appreciated. I count on your people !

Well done for planning so well - I jumped straight in by glancing at the book and its taken a week or more to really get to grips with the diet even though
I thought I knew what I was doing when I started!! I'm now rereading the book and reading the stickys on the site - even navigating this site is not always easy - but I'm getting there. How did you decide on the exercise plan ideal for you? Sorry I haven't got any advice at the moment except that water is mega important - good luck.
