I already feel better. I have been away for so long, I almost forgot how great this way of eating feels! It's still early, but for breakfast, I had a mozzarella/egg white omelet with some organic salsa and sour cream. I figured it to be 4 carbs. For lunch, I am thinking steak and a salad {nothing like a good steak!
} and for dinner, I stewed skinless chicken thighs with broccoli and zucchini. I am actually trying to do Atkins AND count WW points, because, for me, portion control is huge. Now, I gotta work on getting back in that water..
