Well I finished my 14 day induction & my results are 7lbs down. I am very happy with this, but I am going to continue with induction for a couple of more weeks & see what happens. With my crazy schedule I really didn't get time do do much in the way of exercise, so my goal is to find transportation for my kids to all their activities this week. So that extra time I will be going to the gym. Wish me luck everyone.

Re: 14 days done---Results
Good luck, and congratulations on your success so far.
With excercise added to your programme, the weight will hopefully just fall off.
Keep it up.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Weigh to go!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Wow ... so, according to the book, you're right on for pounds lost during induction pertaining to what your goal weight is.
That ROCKS!
Good job!
