    I broke my diet *cry* I cheated for 3 days lmao. All of those wonderful foods on a vacation to Galveston was too much to resist.

    Bread pudding and eggnog icecream... i'm in heaven XD

    Or atleast until I realized what was happening >< I Kept imagining my fat swelling up like a balloon and I noticed I was growing beard of pimples.

    So now i'm back on it :P I enjoyed 2 more days of bread and carbd delights but now I ready to blow away fat



    Has anyone else noticed that this diet helps your facial complexion?
    I will lose weight, I will lose weight, I WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

    Yeah, my face is clear of pimples all together.I was actually thinking that the other day.I mean in my 30's I dont get huge breakouts like I did as a teen, but about a week before my TOM, I get a few biggies that just show up in the most noticeable areas on my face.I am on my TOM now and my face is clear....clear......clear.......now if only I could get my butt back into my size 10's I'd be happy ')
