Hello to all the ADBB ers who have been wondering where the heck I went. I moved from Boston to DC and just got a computer last week.
Thought I would update though on my weight situation.....I started Atkins in 06/2005 at 262 lbs. This morning I weighed 198 ( yay onederland!!!). I was losing about 10lbs/mo on extended induction through November. Then the whole moving/new job thing got in the way and I was forced to decide if I wanted to spend my time at the gym or packing. Oddly enough, I still stuck/stick to low-carb food, and I have lost about 15lbs since December ( can you say sloooowww) but I have not been an Atkind stickler like I should be, I drink beer ( it tastes soo good when it hits your lips) and I just have not gotten my a$$ to the gym like a good Atkineer should ( I blame my broken IPod partially....really who likes to listen to themselves panting for an hour and a half?) I HAVE been playing soccer though, so at least I'm doing too things right.
Anyways, I am on the move again b/c I can't deal with my new/old apartment, but I want to start mentally prepping myself for re-induction. It shouldn't be hard since the only non-akllowed thing I eat is beer ( I guess I drink that). Once I get my second move done at the end of April I am Atkins4 life and I WILL hit my goal of 150-160 lbs by 1 July ( I gave myself a 1mo extension)
