I was on atkins for about 2 years after the birth of my first son. I was at 167 when I started atkins after his birth. I got down to 125!!! It took about 7 months to get to that goal.
Then, I got pregnant and had to get off atkins. I got up to 206lbs! So after I had my second (5 weeks ago) I got immed. back on atkins. I was about 190 when I started. I am now down to 157 about 5 weeks later! I was on induction for the 5 weeks (a modified induction) but then stalled. So sat. I ate TONS of carbs with the hopes of going back on atkins induction cheat free NON modified the following day. (I was hoping this would help get me out of my 2 week stall). I think it is working! So now I am doing a clean induction for another 5 weeks.
I will post pics when I meet my first mini goal!
