? about Splenda...

I was wondering if any one can help me. I would like to know the ratio of each packet is does it = 1 teaspoon etc. Thanks

Mini goal -- 10 Lbs by April 15th.
Goal Weight by September 1st.

1 packet of Splenda has the sweetness of 2 teaspoons of sugar.
The pourable Splenda, however, has a 1 to 1 ratio with sugar. So 1 teaspoon of pourable Splenda has the sweetness of 1 teaspoon of sugar.
