I work graveyard three nights a week, tonight will be my first since starting my induction. I was wondering if there is any helpful hints out there?

Oh, I worked graves for 3 years!! Granted, it was never while I was on this WOL, but I found it easier to control my eating that way. The thing that killed me was McDonald breakfast on the way home. Stay away from that!LOL
You will do great, just drink lots and lots of water.
What would we do without it?
