  • I need carbs!

    Hi everyone, I was just at fitday and filled out what I have eaten today and what I am having for dinner and I'm only at 10 carbs which is 1%. Can anyone give any suggestions onwhat I could eat to raise that just a bit and stay within my induction guide lines? Ahhhhh......not thinking clearly today!

    Veggies!! Have you eaten your three cups veggies today?? Have a cup of broccoli with one ounce cheese melted over it. Yummy!!!
    What would we do without it?

    Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!!
    These are BAD for us!!!!

          you dont have to eat 20 carbs a day you just cant go over 20.
