Is soy bread ok for induction?

The ingredients are: eggs, organic soy flour, cream of tartar, heavy cream, baking soda and Splenda.

Are these ok so long as I account for them in my 20 grams of carbs?

    Thanks!!

No, that is not allowed on Induction. Do you have the book? If not, there is a sticky with the allowed Induction food list. You must only eat foods off that list. Your carbs should be coming from your 2 cups veggies. You can have the bread later as you move up the OWL ladder.
What would we do without it?

Ok thanks Sunflower I've just completed the 14 day induction, but I was going to extend it for one week. I do have the book, I guess I didn't realize it was strictly those foods...even though it says it flat out (duh )

Yahoo I lost a few more pounds over the weekend!

That is great!! Make sure you read the chapters on OWL when you move on, it is a little different. I am moving on to OWL rung 2 today, which is Dairy. I am so glad you are doing so well, please keep us posted.
