  • Proof is in the pudding!!

Disclaimer: I know, I know....You all told me so, so I dont need to hear it again!
I had my Birthday party yesterday and screwed up, like I knew I would. It was good and we had a good time! Ate cake and ice cream, which I normally dont. Had some famous potatoe salad, a tamale, and beans.
Want to hear the official weight gain?? Drum roll please!!!.......
5 lbs.....Ya heard me right....5 lbs in one day!! Its also TOM but thats no excuse. So today I am gonna get up, dust myself off, and jump back on the horse.
I dont feel devistated, in fact I believe in breaking the rules every once in a while. If I didnt, there would be no way I could stick to this program! Happy Sunday!

Easy come, easy go. Just get right back with the program and don't look back. It'll come off before you know it!

You would need to eat close to 20 thousand calories in order to gain 5 lbs so it is more likely the weight you gained that quickly is water retention from the foods not on the induction list. Don't worry to much, it can be lost quickly just dont give up.

      Total Lost 70 lbs
      Body fat: 30+% to 6.5%
