  • Day 14 results!

    Well ... today is day 14! I can tell by looking in the mirror that I am a little smaller and, the scale says I've lost 8 pounds. That's good though considering that it's 8 pounds in two weeks. Heck, if I could lose 4 pounds for the next 20 weeks, I'd be a little beyond my goal and, what's 5 months??

    But ... I'm not where I want to be yet to continue onto Phase II so ... I'm going to extended induction!!

    I learned from the 14 days though ... the guilt I felt over "cheating" twice - although not big cheats - they were educational.

    So ... on to Extended induction.
    THIS TIME and for the LAST TIME, I will do this!!

    Female / 36 / Ohio
    Starting Weight: 218 - 3/13/06
    CONTINUING WITH INDUCTION!
    Mini Goal: 10 pounds by April 19th! - Nails done for reward.
    GW: 135

    1 week to go until my next weigh-in.

                  Hey, don't be down on yourself with what you didn't lose, focus of what you did lose!! You lost 8 pounds and you cheated, so that is pretty good. If you do the next few weeks cheat free I think you will be very happy. Be proud of yourself, that is 8 pounds gone!! Did you measure yourself? I bet you have lost inches, too.
                  What would we do without it?

                    Congrats on completing the first 14 days Myself, I've just completed my 14 days too...isn't it wonderful knowing the number of pounds you lost? Woohoo, go Apopson!
