Hi all
Well my first week is officially over!! I found it much easier than I'd predicted - I thought I would be climbing the walls for chocolate and bread - but its surprising how easy it was.
I've been checking my ketones and they have been dark pink, which I am so pleased with. I did what another person suggested and cut the strips in half - really good idea, as they will last so much longer.
I've been addicted to king prawns!! Fried in butter with onions & mushrooms!! mmm - I can eat a plate full of them - so nice!! I've been eating quite alot of fish, seafood and chicken - I'll be growing fins and feathers at this rate!! hehe!!
I've been drinking all my water too!! I find it easier to drink sparkling water than still, I tend to pop an ice cube in to make it look more like a gin and tonic!! hehe!!
Off to decide what to have for lunch!!
