  • I made it through the first week, with a little dissapointment..

    Well, aside from some sore legs and a slighly "spacey" feeling, my body feels wonderful. A few cravings here and there, but really, nothing I couldn't handle. (although my church held a baby shower for me yesterday and the cake and snacks looked SOOOO good! Don't worry! I resisted though!)
    I have lost a lot for only being a week. The dissapointment was though my husband was kind enough to go buy me a new scale, as ours had seen better days. When he did we found out the old one had been off by 5 pounds! Yep, I weighed five pounds more to begin than I first believed. (I told him I liked the old scale better!! ) So, although I did lose a lot, and I am not complaining, I kinda wish I had lost that much when I weighed 5 lbs less in my mind! Oh well! I'm still doing well, and thanks to everyone who has helped! I'm feeling great about this!

          no , not pregnant, just had a baby in January. THis is my fourth and every pregnancy has left me with 10 lbs or more extra weight. I will get rid of it now though!

            i hope you are no pregnant or breast feeding. You cannot do induction if you are. Skip to matinance.

              Ok, good!! When you said 'baby shower' I was worried! Keep following the plan (and avoid bars, shakes and candies) and you will do great!!!
              What would we do without it?
