  • Egg Drop Soup:?

    I wanted to know in induction you are allowed to eat egg drop soup. I work and i need to eat things that are fast and also inexpensive and an egg drop soup is only a dollar I am still on induction I actually started for real yesterday I had to start all over again because on Saturday i got the Atkins book and it made alot of sense to me.

    Birthday Challenge November 14th 220lbs

    3 boys ages 4,3,and 10 months!!! I need to keep up with them. Michael, Eric and Christopher.

    There's a recipe for egg drop soup in the recipe section of Dr. ATkins New Diet Revolution, 2002 ed.

        And if you're going to get it from a restaurant, you have to ask exactly what the ingredients are. If they ain't on the acceptable food list, then don't eat it!

          The egg drop soup you buy at restaurants almost always has corn starch in it. Ask them to make it without starch, and you should be fine. It won't taste any different, it just won't be as thick.
