ok, maybe this has been asked before, but i couldnt find anything while searching.
anyways, do you think it is against induction rules to eat a frozen dinner such as Smart Ones? The meal i was thinking of having had chicken, broccoli, peppers, and some kind of sauce (cant remember the exact name). It had 210 calories total and 12 carbs total according to nutrition facts.
i know this is not freshly cooked food, but sometimes i get so busy with school and they are so quick and easy to make. Sometimes when i dont have food pre-made for the week, these meals keep me from really cheating on some carb binge. plus, i still count all the carbs and keep it under 20 for the day, with all other meals of the day being fresh veggies , etc.
so, should i give these up to be a "clean induction?" any advice? anyone ever try these once i a while?
thanks for any help!
