it took a lot for me to start loving my body for the way it is now-once i did the whole atkins thing became a lot easier. I watched a documentry called "what the bleep do we know" that i rented from blockbuster. it talks about the power of thought and how it effects the way you feel. it was really good-go rent it!

What a great post!! I didn't see that show, but I do know that we should love ourselves no matter what!! I may not be at goal, but I am still a pretty darn great person and so is everyone else here, no matter what the scale says!!
What would we do without it?
