Taking Measurements

What website do the regulars recommend for helping take measurements? I didn't do it when I started on Monday (I wonder how many of us do ) and I would like to do it today. I have NOT been on my scale since Monday and I would like to have more "proof" that things are working other than my dark pink ketostix.

I didnt bother with a measurement site. I just used the help of my girlfriend and a tape measure.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
