Hello Everyone,
I was in my local healthfood store (food mill) and found a loaf of flax bread (6 carbs a slice). . . .is this something I can have with my bacon and eggs in the moring (1 slice with butter of course)
I looked at the ingredients and the only questionable thing I saw on there was the flour from dried berries. . . .does that mean this bread is unacceptable?? I do have my own flax meal at home and have been using it for the crackers (haven't quite figured out how to make a loaf yet and the make sandwiches) but. .can someone tell me if this is ok??

still have a few more pounds to go!!
I will lose weight, I will lose weight, I WILL LOSE WEIGHT!
. If I'm *just* eating it for breakfast, I've also been known to add a bit of Splenda, vanilla extract, sugar-free syrup (DaVinci?) or cinnamon.
