Mock Danish

OMG!!! I just made the induction friendly mock danish that was listed in one of the threads, honestly took me about 6 minutes to prepare....and it was awesome!! And let me tell you, I have the most sensitive pickey taste buds ever. I can't get over how delicious it was and will have it from time to time as a snack. My 8 yr old son tried some and loved it too.

And it only make a little bit so you can't over indulge easily
