I am going to Chicago for Cubs Opening Weekend (if the rain stops!) today and I'm staying with a friend. Since Induction is extra-hard when traveling, I weighed myself for the first time today. Only 4 lbs. What a disappointment! Did I do a *clean* induction? Nope. I had coffee every morning. I can only change so much in my life at one time. I gave up my daily glass of wine, but I couldn't give up my coffee! I also only excercised about 5 days (walking and pilates). But, other than that I was a *good girl*. I even passed on fresh strawberries! Wah! 
I guess when I come home I'll put my nose back to the grindstone. I'll also track and post menus to see if something is stalling me. I do tend to eat a lot of cheese, probably too much for induction.
So ... with such a poor showing on the weight loss, should I move over to extended induction for a couple more weeks come Monday, or should I move on to OWL?
Any advise is appreciated. BTW, I want to join the May Boot Camp and I will be giving up the caffine and be asleep for those two weeks
