  • My end of "practice" week 1

I just weighed in after the end of week 1, which I will be restarting today after a tough couple of days. I lost 8 pounds!! I can only imagine what it would have been if I didn't cheat. Now to start my official 2 week cheat free induction!!

    Week 1 (6/21-6/27)
    1. Drink at least 1 gallon plain water daily
    2. Try at least 3 new recipes (this will be tough-I always prepare things the same-this will encourage me to try things differently and include foods that are different for me)
    3. Try at least 5 new foods on acceptable foods list (this will also be tough being that I only have a set food list of about 10 things I eat)
    4. Begin exercising by walking everyday.
    5. Take a before picture of myself

Wow. 8 pounds. Thats great. But there ain't no induction like a clean induction. You will profit greatly by it. Good luck!
