Let me think. The last time I went to Costco (because there's no Sams in Idaho near me), I stocked up on: salad mix, cheese, olives, salami, eggs, mayonaise, and ranch dressing.
I hear Sams has decent frozen section for chicken, ground beef, and the like.

I always get my cheese sticks there. They also have big barrels of pork rinds too. Oh and if you dabble in "frankenfoods" they have a really good low carb tortilla - best I've ever tasted.

5 pounds away from a little reward - pedicure!!

Take your list of allowed foods with you so you can check the list of ingredients of anything you think of buying and make an informed decision!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Pepperoni! You can get a HUGE bag there!! Oh, and go for the chicken/spinach sausages! I love those! And, Lets not forget the ground beef! When I go, I buy like 10 pounds then seperate it into little 1 pound baggies and freeze!Male, 29 y/o Chicago, IL

Oh, low-carb tortillas are NOT allowed on Induction. Not till OWL.

There produce is good, too. I like their seedless cucumbers and chopped romaine in a bag. Good frozen string beans. Ground beef and turkey are musts, as well as skinless, boneless chicken breasts. Good deals on meat and roasts, etc. Eggs, cheese, heavy cream, butter.
If you have a GFS I found some steak sandwich meat, 1oo% beef, that I am going to fry up with some onions and peppers and seasoned salt. Also 100% ground beef patties and frozen zucc and squash and cauliflower.F/36
