Re: Atkins Cheesecake mix from atkins.com
The bad news is that the marketing company that took over after Dr. Atkins death, have no respect for his work. They ignore his books and do their own thing.
The foods they sell don't even follow the rules for induction. Be wary.
The good news is that everything you need is already in the grocery store. Just eat healthy food, and forget packaged overprocessed commercialized crap. You will better off with full meals composed of meat, fish, veggies, eggs and cheese.

Re: Atkins Cheesecake mix from atkins.com
As the others have said, the atkins cheesecake mix is probably not your best option. You would need to check the list of ingredients to make sure it contains only induction-legal ingredients to start with.
however on our recipes forums you will find loads of legal substitute recipes. Try our Dessert forum for several good cheesecake recipes.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
