  • Need Help Fast

    Can anyone tell me what type of bacon and sausage is safeto eat and also can we eat canned green beans? and what about a a medley of green beans and yellow beans steamed? and is there a limit of eggs I ahould eat per day?

    Yes I have read the book and re-reading it again before Monday's start!!! Also what about water, can you drink anything else? Can you add lemon? can you use the sugar free crystal light drink mixes in th water?

    I am sorry for all the quetions. I am going to the store today!!
    Also can anyone tell me how you make deived eggs? I use mayo, mustard and sweet pickle juice. I know i can't use that reipe!!

    Thanks for all the help in advance!! I just want to do it right!!

    Ok, first of all PLAIN water is the best!! Really, its all I drink and I love it. Its healthy, free, and helps you lose weight a lot faster. No Crystal Light, maybe a little lemon but count the carbs.
    Try to stay away from canned foods. Fresh is so much better. Remember, green beans is a one cup veggie. I like mine fried in Canola Oil.
    I would really suggest getting a Fitday.com account to help keep track of your carbs and persentages. You want 65%fat, 30%protein, and 5%carbs. Most of your carbs should be comming from veggies. Don't forget, if you use your 3 sweetener allowance, you have to count one carb per serving.
    Deviled Eggs, I use helmans mayo (no miracle whip, it has sugar), a bit of mustard, and chopped dill pickle.
    There is no limit to eggs, but be sure to count your carbs.
    Don't ever feel silly asking questions, we are all here to help and support you. You can do it!!!!

    Oh, and drink your water!!!!

      I always buy my bacon sodium and sugar free. Make sure you read the packages. Regular bacon is processed with sodium and sugar and they are not induction friendly.
