Hi everyone,
I recently ran across this board and have been reading for a couple of weeks so I decided to sign up and introduce myself.
I was on the Atkins diet in 2001 and lost 70 pounds. Then I switched to a few other diets, and gradually got down lower. The last diet I was on was Weight Watchers, and I realized that I was so hungry on that diet and that it wasn't the right one for me. So I bought the Atkins' book (I had given my old copy away a long time ago), and reread it this past week. I started Induction yesterday, and I'm hoping to do well again this time around. It's a big change again from all the foods I ate on Weight Watchers, but checking out this forum and reading everyone's questions and answers has helped alot.
I plan on trying out the Mock Danish tomorrow, it sounds so good.
I currently have the Induction 'flu', and I've been sweating like crazy while I'm sleeping. Is that normal?
It's nice to meet all of you. I hope we can all help support each other.
