Well, I've made it thru two full days of Induction. Now it is Easter and I will be very careful about what I eat today. We are going to a buffet I think about lunch time and I am planning to have a slice of prime rib and a nice salad with steamed veggies. They always have nice steamed veggies.I made Salsa Chicken for dinner last night from Linda's Low Carb site and my husband said, "It smells good". He ate it on salad mix and said he would eat it again. So I will mark that recipe as excellent. I left off the sour cream and used asiago cheese. It was wonderful.
I've been reading all over this board -- there is so much information here. Thanks for all the info from everyone.
