I think most of the recipes are fine, but usually they will specify if they are induction-friendly.
Are you familiar with www.fitday.com? It is free to join, and you can log your daily food there. You can search for any type of food and it will give you the carb count. So if you wanted, you could search for all of the ingredients in the recipe and add up the carb count just to make sure...

And if you're ever in doubt if a recipe is induction friendly or not, just double check the ingredients and compare to the acceptable food lists for induction. If you find something not on the acceptable food lists, don't eat it!
