    I think most of the recipes are fine, but usually they will specify if they are induction-friendly.

    Are you familiar with www.fitday.com? It is free to join, and you can log your daily food there. You can search for any type of food and it will give you the carb count. So if you wanted, you could search for all of the ingredients in the recipe and add up the carb count just to make sure...

      Thanks a bunch hun!!! I am sorry I been asking sooo much today!!!!! yeah I opened an account there yesterday!!! I am making a lil list for hubby to take to store tomorrow

            Thank you soooo much everyone!!!! Yeah I need to get into cooking more.. as I find it difficult with thekids and school and housework LOL I will be cooking more often

                    Woah, just looked at Lindas site, OMG she has alot of yummie stuff on there! I cant wait to try some of these receipes... Who wouldve thought, radishes as hashbrowns!!! I love radishses, and I love hasbrowns...

                      And if you're ever in doubt if a recipe is induction friendly or not, just double check the ingredients and compare to the acceptable food lists for induction. If you find something not on the acceptable food lists, don't eat it!
