    no change on weight still form yestarday I am still down 6lbs.. and I am on my period? could that be why is not showing loss?
    anywaysI was able to get the new book edition 2002 and a cookbook (atkins) today.. I got some celery, string cheese, and a fwe things that I got off Linda's Low carb recipes.. cucumbers and such.. now for the cream cheese I got the regular cream cheese Philadephia but is not 0 carbs? it says less than 1 gram? do I just deduct the carbs from my 20 allowance daily? just making sure I got the right stuff as I hate celery but need to give it a try with cream cheese as it may help get things moving sinceI have not used the bathroom in quite some time sour cream too I see it has 1 gram

    We need to count one gram of carbs for each ounce of cheese (including cream cheese) no matter what the actual count is, according to the list of allowed foods instructions.

    You are right, these carbs are included in our net up to 20 carbs per day.

    As to your weight not changing during 'that time of the month' - many members find an increase at those times, so you are not alone! In fact many women dont weigh themselves around then at all in case an increase sends them off-plan in frustration!!

      that is another great thing about eating veggies, you can go to the bathroom.
      What would we do without it?

          You could try the phsillium husk caplets (I know I spelled that wrong), they work really good and they are natural so it isn't like taking a laxative. I usually take 3 capsuls with 2 8oz glasses of water. If you do take fiber therapy, make sure to drink plenty of water with it or it will make the problem worse. I got mine at Walmart. I hope everything 'works out' for you!! LOL
          What would we do without it?

            I've had issues with being regular and 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk powder in a tall glass of water and then another glass of water after usually did the trick within a day. And don't fret your weight. You're going to fluctuate, stall, gain, and lose. Even though I do weigh myself more than once a week, I don't "count" anything other than Monday morning. Some people only weigh once a month.

              Thanks girls... I will try the tablets as I hate taking anything powder in my water I may gag LOL
              I will not weigh myself until day 14.. gosh but is sooo hard.. will see how I feel tomorrow morning LOL

                  haha I think I am too... I have it in the kitchen next to the fridge LOL I have another one in the bathroom.. but I rarely get on that one :P
