well I had a pretty good day today.. me thinks? but how come I feel like I probably did not loose any weight? I feel like the scale will still be stuck at 230 tomorrow for the third day. I feel full still form dinner(I did not eat to stuff myself) but I had salad for the first time today and it was soo good that now I feel guilty? and I had a chicken breast.. Gosh I ma eating soooooooooooooo much healthier now than I have in FOREVER.. but I still feel weird like guilty about tonight's dinner.. I guess the scale will tell me tomorrow!
