  • So far so good....

    Day 2 and im going strong. I am so proud I made it through the first day, no cheats, I wasnt even really hungry!! YAY YAY! I walked twice, so about 2 miles which is a huge step up from me not walking at all!

    We started a Biggest Loser club here at work in my department... We will each pay 10 bucks and at the end of june the loser gets the dough.. Pretty neato, Nothing like a little green for an extra incentive to lose the poundage Im not telling anyone my secret weapon though, im keeping Dr A to myself here for the next two months, lol!

    Good for you getting going again! You will do great! Playing Biggest Loser with your department should be fun. How many people are participating? My money's on you!!!

      So far we have about 6 people. The credit dept here isnt very big, only about 15-20 people, we have about a 50/50 split when it comes to weight in here... so it should be interesting to see how many people sign up. It starts Friday, so hopefully we will have alot of people so I can win lotsa money!! I will be happy with 50 bucks, and we already have 5 people for that!

        That sounds like so much fun! When you win, everyone will want to know your secret weapon, then you can spread the word. Good for you, I am glad you are doing so good.
        What would we do without it?

              Is your office biggest loser to be that the person who loses the most weight will win or will it be based on percentage of body weight lost??

              If the latter it will be a much fairer contest as probably the person with the largest amount to lose would win otherwise!!

                    Elizellen, I made sure it was based on percentage.. Its certainly not fair for someone who weighs 200 pounds against someone who weighs 140!! Obviously the bigger person can lose more!

                    Hopefully it will work out good, we shall see here in about an hour, lol

                        Well today we got everyones inital weight.......Mine with all my clothes on and my shoes was 214 still... But when I checked Monday when I started, mine WITHOUT my clothes was 214, so hopefully Im down a few pounds when I dont have anything on I am guessing atleast 3 pds if not 4..

                        Ill keep ya updated!
