  • Day 1 of 14 - Induction

    Starting weight = 203 #s. Planning on staying on induction for 14 days and possibly moving to extended induction. My goal weight is 180 #s at least by Memorial Day Weekend. Wish me luck!

        Thank you! I'm going to need all the help I can get! Induction is SOOO HARD! But I am determined to do it. I'll keep you all posted.

          congratulations on starting induction!!

          With 22 pounds or so to lose you might consider moving on to OWL once your first 14 days are over, as Dr Atkins told us to lose our last 5-10 pounds on the third stage of Atkins (premaintenance) so you will need to start climbing the OWL ladder before you have lost too much weight!!

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
