    Back at it...

    I've been gone awhile, but am back to finish what I started. Today is day one and so far so good...

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I did very well and can honestly say I lost over 80 lbs with this WOE, but one oops turned into many, but now I'm back and ready to get the rest off!

        Good luck, and I know what you mean, one ooops is dangerous, you just have to stay focussed.
