my 7th day is today

I am on my 7th day andalthough I sais I would try not to weight I could not do it.. I stepped on it this morning.. and to my surprised I am 1lb down.. so a total of 7 lbs since I strated
I am very excited as I saw 229 I kept getting off and on to make sure I have not seen this number since I passed it thru my last pregnancy and my baby is 8 months old!

You can do it. You can do anything. Alway affirm positive messages to yourself. I'm happy for you that you are doing so well on induction.

But stick to your tape measure and how your clothes fit
for your motivation. There will be many times on your Atkins journey when the scale doesn't move.

You can still lose entire sizes on Atkins without scale
movement.

It is best to break any scale addiction now. The scale
cannot measure metabolic processes.

will go measure myself in a min!!! I do notice my shorts feel a bit looser and yesterday while in schol I wasable to wear my pants and able to breath (a pair that are thight) soooo I am sure I am losing somewhere LOL
